How much does it cost to enter the West London Business Awards?
Entries cost £30 +VAT, redeemable against the purchase of a table or ticket at the Awards ceremony. The only exception to this is the Next Generation Category.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes – with the exception of the SME Sector Leadership categories. You may only enter one SME Sector Leadership category.
Do I have to be a West London Business member to enter?
No, you do not! We accept entries from any business with an interest in West London – you don’t even have to be based in West London. If you do business in West London, and want to showcase the difference you’ve made to the area, please enter now!
How do I submit my entry to the West London Business awards? What is the deadline?
Submit your entry directly from the categories page which links to our awards application portal. It is easy to enter, but if you have any difficulties please contact amy.jiang@westlondon.com
The deadline for entry is Wednesday 14 October at midnight.
How does the judging work?
The judges will be accessing the entries directly from our Awards platform after the closing date (Wednesday 14 October) and will mark them against the criteria listed.
Judges will convene in November to discuss the entries, their markings and other comments to finalise the shortlist.
Once I have entered, what happens next?
Shortlisted companies will be notified on Monday 2 November and will be given 72 working hours to confirm their attendance at the awards or relinquish their status as a shortlisted company. Public announcement will be made on Tuesday 10 November.
What if I can’t attend the ceremony? It is expected that all shortlisted companies MUST attend the ceremony in order to ensure that winners are ‘in the room’ to collect any trophies. Ticket prices for the ceremony will have the entry fee automatically deducted. If you are unable to attend the ceremony on Friday 5 February 2027, we suggest you DO NOT enter for an award.
I have entered numerous times but never won or been shortlisted, what can I do? You can now pre-apply using the form to get feedback on your submission before you enter. You can also contact the team for feedback last year’s entry. However, this does not guarantee a ‘win’!
If I am shortlisted for a Next Generation Award, do I have to buy a ticket to the ceremony? No you do not! If you are under 18, we can allow for one family member to accompany you free of charge. Due to the venue’s licensing laws, we may not able to invite you to the dinner and you are welcome to attend the awards ceremony only. If you are over 18, you have the option to purchase additional (discounted) tickets to attend the dinner.
