West London Business is proud to announce the shortlist for the ninth edition of the West London Business Awards. Celebrating talent, entrepreneurship and resilience to a national and international audience.
Through another extraordinary year for business in the sub-region, readjusting to ‘business as usual’ in the West London business community has taken innovation, creativity, and resilience as organisations of all sizes look to evolve from the challenges thrown up by the Coronavirus pandemic. The WLB Awards 2022 will spotlight the very best of business across the geography with entries representing organisations trading across West London.
New for the WLB Awards is a celebration of the next generation of West London entrepreneur. Three new ‘Next Generation’ awards will showcase up and coming business talent in different age groups, exclusively for entrants under the age of 24. Awards include: Kidpreneur of the Year (Under 12); Teenpreneur of the Year (ages 13-18) and Young Entrepreneur of the Year (ages 19-24).
West London Business CEO and member of the WLB awards 2022 judging panel, Andrew Dakers said:
“We are delighted to be going into our ninth year of recognising the best of business in West London. Much has been made of innovation and businesses rebooting during the pandemic today, but it is those who are the next generation of business leader who can inspire the changing face of work in the 21st Century and we’re keen to see what they’re up to.”
A milestone event in the region’s business calendar, the Awards recognise the outstanding achievements of organisations and individuals. The winners in each category, as well as the much sought-after title of ‘West London Company of the Year 2022’, will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 10th February 2022.
